Once purchasing a product we will give you a call to give you an estimated delivery time and arrange a delivery method to suit your needs. if in the unlikely event that the product is out of stock we will offer you the option to wait for it to come back in stock (approx maximum time of 12 weeks)  or we can offer you a full refund. 

Payment must be made up front for the full amount before goods will be placed on order and delivered to you. Funds must clear before we place goods on order. Accepted payment methods are: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, and PayPal. All payments shall be made to the Seller in British Pounds Sterling (£). By placing an order the Buyer warrants to the Seller that the Buyer is a resident in the UK, that the Buyer is accessing the site from the UK and that the Buyer is at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All prices include standard 20% VAT.


Furniture Delivery prices offer you the option of assembly & white glove service. Each item will be taken to the room which you desire and be unpackaged and assembled.

 Most accessories will be sent via courier or specialist post to keep prices competitive.

fragile items such as mirrors and chandeliers require specialist fragile delivery and are priced individually.

Payment for delivery will not be included at checkout and will be arranged afterwards by one of our lovely members of staff. here at MD&E we believe in a personal service to ensure you have an experience to suit your needs. 

Returns & Cancellations


You can cancel an order, for a full refund, up to 2 days after the order provided delivery arrangements with Mad Dogs and Englishmen have not already been agreed. If you wish to cancel your purchase for a full refund please use our cancellation form. if you do not receive a reply from us within 2 days then please call our customer services team (01702 714766) So long as no delivery arrangements have been made with you, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase. If delivery arrangements have been made then this may incur non-refundable courier charges which will be deducted from your refund. 

Returns & Replacements

We're sure you'll love our products just as much as we do. If your items arrive in a faulty condition please return them to us in the original packaging and when they have been checked we will issue a refund to your account.

it is your responsibility to check over any goods upon delivery and note it on the delivery note before our team leave your address. Please also notify us via phone within 24 hours of the issue noted so we can arrange return of the product.
