All of our products may contain traces of Nuts/ Wheat/ Dairy and Eggs.

The Parlour Tearoom - 12:00 or 14:30 Seating (& 5pm on some Saturdays)

This is via the corner entrance on Flemming Avenue

The Botanical Rooms - 12:30 or 15:00 Seating

This is via the entrance on London Road

Regrettably due to age of the building we are unable to accommodate step free access to all areas. Therefore please let us know so we can allocate your table accordingly ahead of your arrival.

We do not have parking facilities, however you can park down the residential side roads where there are no restrictions. Parking on the main road is limited to 1 hour, unless on a Sunday when restrictions do not apply.

Please note that we do only have limited availability in our Piano Lounge area for early arrivals so recommend arriving no more than five minutes prior to your booking time.

During our festive season (Nov-Jan) we may not be able to accomodate seating in our Piano Lounge outside of your booking time as space is very limited. 

Please make us aware if you have a gift voucher for your booking and these must be presented at your Afternoon tea booking otherwise it will be chargeable. Please note that gift cards are not accepted for our Christmas themed afternoon teas (Nov-Jan)

Your table is reserved for one hour and forty five minutes from your booking time and we strictly adhere to the timetable so as not to adversely affect other guests.

Should you wish to remain with us after this time please talk to your server and we may be able to offer you a table in the Piano Lounge. Please note space is limited and on a first come first serve basis.

Please note that we are unable to commit to reserving any tables in our piano lounge during the festive season (Nov-Jan)

We recommend the tearoom as unsuitable for under 6’s as we are unable to accommodate prams & buggies. We do not do offer a separate children’s menu, however we can adapt the menu to plainer sandwiches if required. We only offer a set menu price for all seated guests.
